Pushin’ Threadz began in the very dawn of 2014. From the age of 10 I’ve had an on & off relationship with crochet learning, dreaming, and conversing aside my momma. Each item starts with something learned with my mom and develops into something new unique as my creation. With simplicity and care in every stitch my focus is to create practical pieces. I have fun creating carefully thought out colorful items making most of my pieces customizable.

My name is Carolina. I am a graduate student in San Francisco but am originally from Los Angeles.
My mom and I learned to crochet at the same time. We are self-taught and as we have learned aside each other there is no clear teacher-student role. The conversations crocheting have allowed us and her encouragement is the inspiration behind Pushin’ Threadz.
Pushin’ Threadz is my peace, aspiration, and my hustle.
